We do our best to pack and ship orders in a timely fashion, and generally ship orders within 48 hours. 

We'll do our best to accommodate you! Please send us an email as soon as possible with your order details so we can tell you whether it's still possible to make a change. 

Unfortunately, we're too busy at the stores to be able to offer this service at this time, but we're doing our best to make it happen in the near future. 

We do offer gift wrapping. Please leave a note with your order that indicates which items in your order you'd like to have gift wrapped.

You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order! First, check your spam box to ensure that your order notifications aren't being delivered there.

If not, you may have entered your email incorrectly during checkout. Please send us an email with your full name and the date you ordered so we can help you figure this out!

Of course! You have 30 days to return your item in the condition in which it was received. Once we receive your item, we'll issue you a refund. You can find our refund and returns policies and instructions here
